Online player base

Does anyone know when are the peak online hours?

It just seems whenever I search for a match, it takes forever to find one, sometimes I just can't find anything, sometimes I get matched with Krolossium teams.

An official player base estimate from Dewit would be pretty nice to know, too. Seems like no-one is around anymore.

Well, the number of players, I can't really give you. It changes all the time depending on releases and updates, not to mention holidays and whatnot.

What I can tell you, however, are the most frequented time slots.

In UTC+2 time zone (the current time zone for Paris), the most busy time are between 3:00 and 9:00 PM. The peak is usually at 6:00 PM. There is little players between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM.

Converting on different time zone, this would be:

Eastern Standard Time (US): busy between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, peak at 12:00 PM, little activity between 7:00 PM and 12:00 AM.
Pacific Standard Time (US): busy between 6:00 AM and 12:00 PM, peak at 9:00 AM, little activity between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
Krasnoyarsk Time (Russia): busy between 8:00 PM and 2:00 AM, peak at 11:00 PM, little activity between 6:00 and 11:00 AM.

... And so forth, you can make the calculations for your own country. Those are just average, of course, increase/decrease in activity is progressive, and there's never a time where there's no-one at all on the game.

This does actually help, gonna check the queue in 5 hours to see if anyone's around for some ranked matches.

As for player base, a monthly average would be fun to know, just for reflective purposes (say, if I ever make it to Elite, what percentile of the player base would I be and so on).

No worries if the numbers aren't available!

Although this would make for a great news post, just brainstorming here.
