I just received a brand new Dark Heroes set, completely sealed, with a code that the website says is already used. I messaged customer support on this site yesterday without the slightest indication of response. What am I supposed to do? I'm rather P.O.'d about this...
Hey, got this resolved a couple of days ago. Go to Ankama Support here: https://support.ankama.com, choose "Subscription and boutique" from the first drop-down, and "Ankama codes" from the second. Once they replied, I provided a photo of my receipt, and they added the figures to my online account. Whole thing took two days, tops. Very smooth.
