Can't sign-in my acc to krosmaster?

Hi, I happened to clear my krosmaster settings at the launcher and I got signed off. Now I'm trying to resign-in and I getting the message that my login details might be wrong. And that's strange because I 100% know my login info and can normally log off and relog on dofus site, forums and dofus game, but just not krosmaster. Everything was ok long time before, not sure what is a cause of this.

Moreover, why I'm told that my "email" is wrong when I'm supposed to write down my "Ankama login" in the 1st place?

Yes, you are supposed to enter your login, and not your e-mail address. Which makes this an error on a error warning!

As for your connection problem, could you give us the logs of this bugs? You must go on the updater and press the F3 key, then copy-paste the result here. (Do it after you've encountered the error, of course).

We have trouble identifying your problem based on these logs, as they say you have entered bad login info (which you say isn't true).

I would recommend you to change your password for your Ankama login, and try again, see if the problem comes from there.

Hello again, following your advice I have experimented with changing passwords few times, and I have identified that the password which contains a "+" symbol is not working in krosmaster (but still working in dofus game or forums). Other passwords are working normally.

Can you please verify that symbol? I can technically change the password just to log in krosmaster game, but sometimes I don't want to lose my favorite password smile
